CEM director and full professor at USP (DCP), Marta Arretche, will attend the international event FAPESP Week California between November 17- 21, held at the Universities of California at Berkeley and Davis. Within her participation in the event, that brings together RIDCs (Research, Innovation and Diffusion Centers), Arretche addressed CEM researches related to Democracy and inequality reduction in Brazil among other issues. The FAPESP Week California is a symposium that will create opportunities for connecting researchers in California, USA, and in São Paulo, Brazil, promoting collaboration in research topics relevant to both countries.
