Biography
Coordinator of CEM seminar programming.
Professor at the Department of Political Science of the Faculty of Philosophy, Languages, and Human Sciences (DCP-FFLCH) at the University of São Paulo (USP). She holds a degree in International Relations from the University of São Paulo, a master's and a PhD in Public Administration and Government from the São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP), and completed her postdoctoral research at FGV EAESP as part of the project "Water-Proof Data: Engaging Actors in the Sustainable Governance of Flood Risks for Urban Resilience" (“Dados à Prova D’Água: engajando atores na governança sustentável dos riscos de inundação para resiliência urbana”) in partnership with the University of Warwick and the University of Heidelberg.
She has served as a director in non-governmental organizations such as the International Network of Community Action/Slum Dwellers International (SDI) and TETO and has been a collaborating professor at FGV EAESP. Her research focuses on public policy analysis, including policy implementation and evaluation, bureaucracy, and intergovernmental relations, with an emphasis on social, environmental, and urban policies.
