Projects coordinator “Formal and informal educational policy institutions” and "Street-level bureaucracy and interaction with users in social policies" at Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM).
Professor and researcher in Public Administration and Government at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). PhD in Political Science from USP, master and graduated in public administration from FGV. Coordinator of the Bureaucracy Studies Center (NEB). Professor at the National School of Public Administration, ENAP. She is a researcher at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM). CNPQ productivity 2 scholarship holder. Coordinator of the Thematic Area State and public policies of the Brazilian Association of Political Science (ABCP) and research director of the National Association of Teaching and Research of the Public Field (ANEP / CP). She worked with advice, research and training for several governments.
