Between August 23-25 of 2009, the RC21 - Research Committee 21 and the CEM - Centro de Estudos da Metrópole promoted in Sao Paulo, Brazil the RC-21 2009 Meeting. The main organizer was Eduardo Marques (ecmarq@uol.com.br) from the Department of Political Science of the University of São Paulo (DCP/USP) and its main theme was Inequality, Inclusion and the Sense of Belonging.
