The CEM and the Ministry of Cities promote on August 16th "Inventory of buildings in Brazil: a proposed work schedule?" workshop presented by Fernando Garcia de Freitas.

"Inventory of buildings in Brazil: a proposal of work schedule?" by Fernando Garcia de Freitas, Doctor in Economics by São Paulo University / economic consultant.

The research analyzes the statistical information about buildings, residential or not, available in Brazil, with brief reference to international experience in the subject. Based on this analysis, was proposed an ideal model of information system on building and a line of work that approaches the current state of statistics in Brazil to the ideal model.

The CEM and the Ministry of Cities promoted the workshop, “Inventory of Buildings in Brazil: A proposed work schedule?” presented by Fernando Garcia de Freitas, a Doctor of Economics at São Paulo University and an economic consultant.

The research analyzes the statistical information about buildings, residential and otherwise, available in Brazil, with brief reference to international experience on the subject. Based on this analysis, an ideal model of an information system was proposed on building, and a line of work that approaches the current state of statistics in Brazil to the ideal model.
