Among the themes that gained recent prominence in the study on State is the bureaucracy and its role in the formulation and implementation of public policies. On September 4, 2018, CEM / Cepid will hold a workshop to present and discuss preliminary results of the survey "Medium-sized bureaucrats in the city of São Paulo". Unpublished data on the profile, networks and trajectory of the bureaucrats were systematized, which began to unveil this layer that has not yet been approached.
