The Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM-Cepid/Fapesp) and the Graduate Program of the Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo (DCP-FFLCH/USP) jointly promote the international seminar "Multilevel Democracy", with Jefferey M. Sellers, professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Southern California and one of the most renowned researchers in the field.

The seminar will take place at 5:30 pm (GMT -3), and will be broadcast live on CEM's YouTube channel and also on the ZOOM app, and will be in English, with no simultaneous translation. The moderation will be by Eduardo Marques, professor at the DCP and director of the CEM, coordinated by Rogério Arantes, professor at the DCP-FFLCH/USP. No registration is required to attend the event.
