The coordinator of the INCT for Metropolitan Studies (CEM / INCT), Eduardo Cesar Leon Marques, and the director of the Center for Metropolitan Studies, Marta Arretche, participated in the 2nd Seminar on Monitoring and Evaluation of INCTs (National Institutes of Science and Technology) which took place from July 2nd to 3th 2013, at the Royal Tulip Brasilia Alvorada Hotel (SHTN, Trecho 1, Conjunto 1B, Bloco C, Brasília-DF).

The seminar had an area of stands open to the general public (Exhibition Hall), which will exhibit the INCT's and some of their works, including CEM/INCT. A balance of the seminar was published on the website of the CNPq.

The event was organized by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development / CNPq, in partnership with the Center for Strategic Studies and Management / CGEE - Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation / MCTI.
