The geo-coded database of AIH-SUS (Hospital Inpatient Authorization) referring to the Municipality of São Paulo was updated until 2016 by the Center for Studies of the Metropolis (CEM / Cepid) team. The work is part of the research "Participation and Health Policy in the City of São Paulo", and the collection allowed the tabulation of the AIHs for the 31 subprefeituras of the city. Each point represents a hospital admission authorization (AIH), with basic information such as characterization of the patient (age, sex, etc.), hospitalization (AIH number, CNPJ of the hospital, specialty, diagnosis, date of hospitalization and discharge, reason for collection, total time of hospitalization) and billing (amounts collected).
