On March 18 2014, at the Brazil Institute at the Wilson Center, the CEM researcher Fernando Guarnieri made a presentation on the elections in 2014 "The Outlook of the October Presidential and General Elections in Brazil."

Post-doc researcher, Guarnieri attended the table with O Estado de São Paulo journalist José Roberto Toledo; the dean of Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Law School in São Paulo Oscar Vilhena and  Paulo Sotero,the Institute’s director, who will also serve as moderator.
